Yes, we accept sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable. Note that sample fees may apply due to international freight costs, which can be refunded on your next bulk order.
What about the lead time for production?
For small or spot cargoes, samples take 3-5 days. Mass production typically requires 1-2 weeks for quantities over 200pcs. Please consult our team before ordering.
Do you have any MOQ limits?
The MOQ depends on the specific product, usually starting at 1PCS. We are happy to offer samples for quality evaluation and market surveys.
How are the goods shipped and how long does it take?
International express (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT) takes 3-5 days. For bulk cargoes, sea shipping is more economical but takes longer, normally around 1 month.
Is it possible to print my logo on the product?
Yes. Please inform us formally before production and confirm the design based on our sample requirements.
What is the warranty and how do you handle quality issues?
We offer 1-5 years warranty. If quality problems occur, provide photos or videos as proof. We will replace the items for free, though shipping arrangements will be discussed to minimize costs for you.
