How does your factory handle quality control?
Assuring quality is our priority. Engineers are responsible for checking each process including Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), Outgoing Quality Control (OQC), and equipment maintenance.
What is the average delivery time?
Most of the time, it is around 1 week after confirming the contract deposit. For mass production purchase orders with large quantities, delivery time is discussed case by case.
What are your payment terms for orders?
For payments less than or equal to 1000USD, we require 100% in advance. For payments over 1000USD, we require 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment.
How is the product protected during shipping?
Products are packed in inner plastic bags, followed by sturdy outside carton boxes, and finally placed on pallets to ensure stability and safety during transport.
