Can I have a sample order for Led Light?
Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
What kind of certification do you have?
We have CE RoHS, CCC, and ISO9001 certifications.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
Small orders are shipped by International Express (3-7 days) or International logistics parcel (15-20 days). Bulk orders are shipped by Airline (5-7 days airport to airport) or Sea shipping (20-40 days port to port).
Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
How to deal with the faulty?
During the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new orders for small quantities. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you, or discuss solutions including a recall based on the situation.
Do you support customized lighting solutions?
Yes, we provide professional lighting parameters and configuration support to meet specific project requirements.
